I am an admitted graveyard junkie and this is one of the coolest cemeteries ever. Glasnevin was consecrated in 1832 because of the brutal Penal Laws and holds a major part of Ireland’s history. The names on the graves tell the story. Michael Collins has been gone since 1922 and there are fresh flowers delivered to his grave every day.
