Puntarenas
We are very partial to Costa Rica and are going back in 2022. Punta Arenas, however, is not an outstanding example. The Costa Rica we know is environmentally conscious and very clean. Punta Arenas had a filthy beach, a warning against eating local fish, and overflowing trash barrels.
